1 – تعريف

١-  الحمامات الخاصة  Residential pool

وهى الحمامات الخاصة باستعمال العائلة وضيوفها سواء الثابت منها أو المتنقل وال يقل 

عمق المياه بها عن 60سم ومسطح سطح المياه ال يقل عن 24 متر مربع وحجم المياه عن 15 متر مكعب .

1-2 الحمامات العامة Public pool 

وهى جميع الحمامات فيما عدا الحمامات الخاصة وهى الحمامات التى تستعمل بواسطة مجموعة أشخاص مثل حمامات السباحة بالمدارس والنوادى والمعسكرات وحمامات الفنادق والموتيالت باالضافة الى الحمامات المخصصة للعالج الطبيعى والتمرينات العالجية سو اء الحمامات المكشوفة أو المغطاه .

1–3 المواصفات التصميمية

كل ما تم ذكره فى هذه المذكرة من اشتراطات تصميمية وكذا مو اصفات طبقاً للكود المصري.

 2 – الاشتراطات والمتطلبات الخاصة بحمامات السباحة

يتم تحديد شكل الحمام وسعته حسب الغرض المصمم من أجله وال يوجد أى شكل ملزم فى تنفيذه.ويجب أن يتم تشييد حوض حمام السباحة من مواد غير سامة وغير ضارة بالبيئة .

2-2 سعة وشكل الحمام 

 جميع الحمامات العامة يجب أن ال يقل عمق المياه فى الجزء غير عميق عن 80سم وفى الحمامات المخصصة للسباقات الرسمية ال يقل العمق عن 1.05 متر .

 يجب تحديد خط األمان فى كل حمام بواسطة عالمات ملونة عائمة ال تزيد المسافة بين كل منها عن 1.5 متر ويتم شد بجانبى الحمام بواسطة خطاف ليفصل بين الجزء غير العميق والجزء العميق وعلى مسافة 60سم من جهة الجزء غير العميق قبل بداية االنحدار الى الجزء العميق أو بأى عالمات أخرى واضحة .

 هناك جداول لتحديد المساحة لكل فرد فى الحمامات طبقا لنوع نشاط الحمام ).

2-3 الميول فى أرضية حوض الحمام 

يجب أن يكون االنحدار فى أرضية الحمام منتظم وال تزيد نسبة الميل فى األرضية فى الجزء غير العميق نحو الجزء العميق عن 1: 10 كما يجب أن ال يزيد االنحدار من أول نقطة تغبير االنحدار من الجزء غير العميق الى الجزء العميق عن 1 : 3. 

2-4 منطقة الغطس

 يجب أن ال تكون هناك حواجز أو أى عوائق تمتد من جوانب الحمام أو األرضية .

 من المفضل أن يكون هناك حمام مستقل لتمرينات الغطس .

2-5 الممشى حول الحمام واألسطح المجاورة .

 يجب أن يستمر الممشى حول كامل دائر حوض الحمام وبعرض ال يقل عمل يلى :

- بالنسبة للحمامات الخاصة بالنوادى والمدارس 2.4 متر – 3.6 متر .

- بالنسبة للحمامات الخاصة بالفنادق والغير مستعملة للجمهور ال تقل عن 1.2 متر .

 يجب عمل ميل فى الممشى حول حوض الحمام واألسطح المجاورة 

2-6 الاضاءة تحت المياه

 عند استعمال إضاءة تحت المياه فإن شدة اإلضاءة تكون فى هذه الحدود ) حوالى 5.4 إلى 16.2 وات لكل متر مربع( من سطح مياه حوض الحمام .

 عند استعمال الحمام فى المسابقات الرسمية فإن اإلضاءة تر كب على الحوائط الجانبية الطولية فقط لحوض الحمام وال تركب فى الحوائط النهائية .

3 – تغذية حوض الحمام بالمياه

 يجب أن تكون المياه المستعملة تفى باالشتراطات المطلوبة والمحددة بمعرفة الهيئات الصحية .

3-1 فتحات دخول وسحب المياه من والى حوض الحمام .

 يوجد نوعان من فتحات دخول المياه الى حوض حمام السباحة فهى إما أن تكون :

أ- من النوع الذى يركب بقاع الحمام (inlets floor. (

ب- من النوع الذى يركب بحوائط الحمام الجانبية (inlets wall(و طبقا للشركات المنتجة يوجد أشكال كثيرة لهذه المداخل .

 يتم تحديد عدد فتحات دخول المياه على أساس فتحة واحدة على األقل لكل 25 متر مربع ) 270 قدم مربع(

 يجب فى حالة وجود فتحات بقاع الحمام لسحب المياه الى الطلمبات والمرشحات ألا تزيد المسافة بين المحور والمحور لكل فتحة عن 6 متر ويجب أن تكون هناك فتحة على األقل على مسافة ال تزيد 4.5 متر من حائطى جوانب الحمام .

3-2 دورة الترشيح وأنو اع المرشحات 

 جميع الحمامات الحديثة يتم حاليا تصميمها بنظام دورة المياه والترشيح المستمر حيث يتم سحب المياه من خارج الحمام ومرورها خالل المرشحات ثم اعادتها مرة أخرى الى حوض الحمام مع تعقيمها قبل دخولها مرة أخرى الى حوض الحمام وتتم هذه الدورة بواسطة الطلمبات ويتم شرح أجزاء الدورة فيما بعد .

 يتم تحديد معدل التصرف حسب حجم مياه الحمام وعدد مرات دورة مياه الحمام بالكامل عن ثالث مرات فى اليوم أى مرة خلال المرشحات فى اليوم والتى يجب أن ال تقل أبدا

كل 8 ساعات . 

 هناك عوامل كثيرة يجب أن تؤخذ فى الحسبان عند تحديد فترة دورة مياه الحمام مثل :

- استخدامات الحمام 

- كثافة المستحمين 

- حمامات مغطاه أو مكشوفة 

- المنطقة المحيطة بالحمام ومدى تلوثها بالاتربة وتواجد الأشجار .

 فى جميع الحاالت التى تستعمل فيها مرشحات ضغط فإنه يجب تركيب مصفاه مناسبة قبل طلمبات السحب لحجز المواد الصلبة والشعر أو النسيج وأوراق الشجر وخالفه .

 هناك أنواع كثيرة من المرشحات يتم استخدامها فى حمامات السباحة ولكن أشهرها فالتر الضغط الرملية من النوع (filter sand rapid (انظر شكل )1 )والتى تعمل بمعدل ترشيح من 3-5 جالون / دقيقة / قدم مربع من مسطح الترشيح .

 يجب أن يكون المرشح مصمم ليتحمل ضغط تشغيل ال يقل عن 2.5 كجم/سم2. 

 معدل التصرف للمرشحات الرملية يجب أال يزيد عن 16.5  جالون / دقيقة / قدم مربع لك من الحمامات الخاصة والعامة .

الفصل الأول  :  مقدمة عن المضخات

تعتبر المضخة ثانى أكثر الآلات انتشارا بعد المحرك الكهربى و هى آلة ميكانيكية تستخدم لزيادة الطاقة الهيدروليكية و عادة تستخدم لرفع السواﺌل من مستوى منخفض إلى مستوى آخر أعلى من مستوى السحب.و للمضخات أنواع كثيرة جداً لتنوع التطبيقات و الاستخدامات 

استخدامات المضخات

تدخل المضخات فى العديد من الصناعات و المجالات لتخدم الأنظمة التالية

1) شبكات المياه و الرى و الصرف الصحى

2) نقل البترول من مواقع الإنتاج لشركات التكرير

3) نقل المنتجات البترولية داخل شركات التكرير بين الوحدات

4) نقل المياه لأنظمة التبريد و أنظمة إنتاج البخار ( الغلايات )

5) عمليات حقن الكيماويات  اللازمة للمعالجة بكميات دقيقة محسوبة

أنواع المضخات 

تنقسم المضخات إلى نوعين رﺌيسيين هما 

1- مضخات الضغط الديناميكى   DYNAMIC PUMPS

2- المضخات الإيجابي                   POSITIVE PUMPS          

والفرق الأساسى بين النوعين أن النوع الأول يمكن أن يعطى قيم مختلفة للتصرف  بين الصفر و حد أقصى محدد مع دورانها بسرعة ثابتة وذلك باستخدام محبس على ماسورة الطرد بينما المضخات الإيجابية تعطى تصرف ثابت إذا دارت بسرعة ثابتة و على هذا إذا وضع محبس على ماسورة الطرد لمضخة ايجابية فإنه يكون عديم الفاﺌدة إلا إنه إذا أغلق تماماً بطريق الخطأ فإنه يؤدى إلى احتراق موتور التشغيل أو إلى كسر أضعف جزء فى خط الأنابيب.

 ما هي مكونات صمام السحب والطرد ؟

كيف تعمل صمامات السحب UNLOADER VALVE وما الغرض منها ؟

تعمل صمامات السحب إما بإشارة هوائية أو يدوياً . والغرض منها التحكم في كمية الغاز الداخلة إلى الضاغط بحيث يتم عن طريقها تحميل الضاغط بنسبة التحميل المطلوبة 0% - 25% - 50% - 75% - 100%  (انظر الشكل) .

المقصود بالتأثير المفرد والتأثير المزدوج

يقصد بالتأثير المفرد أن المكبس يضغط الغاز أثناء مشوار ذهابه إلى الأمام فقط ولا يتم ضغط الغاز بالوجه الخلفي للمكبس .

أما التأثير المزدوج ففيه يتم الضغط بكلا وجهي المكبس . أي أننا نحصل على شوطين فعالين من خلال لفة واحدة . ولنتبين ذلك ننظر إلى المثال التالي : 

ضاغط على خزنة إحدى مراحله 2 صمام سحب و 2 صمام طر ، صمام سحب أمام المكبس وآخر خلف المكبس ويقابل كل صمام سحب صمام طرد (كما بالشكل) .

طريقة العمل :

عندما يتحرك المكبس إلى الأمام يقل حجم الغاز ويرفع الضغط فيتغلب على مقاومة .......... وريش صمام الطرد بينما يغلق صمام السحب .

أما خلف المكبس فيحدث خلخلة لانخفاض الضغط داخل الاسطوانة فيغلب ضغط الغاز الموجود في منطقة السحب على مقاومة صمام السحب فيفتح الصمام ويدخل الغاز إلى ....... الخزنة وهكذا يتم تبادل فتح صمامات السحب والطرد أمام المكبس وخلفه بحيث يكون وضع صمام الطرد مفتوح أمام المكبس ويكون معه صمام السحب وخلف المكبس مفتوح والعكس صحيح .

- ويلاحظ أن تكون صمامات التحميل في وضع عدم التحميل عند بدء تشغيل الضاغط أو عندما نريد إيقافه ولجعل صمام التحميل في وضع عدم التحميل إذا كان ذلك يتم يدوياً يتم إدارة طارة عمود الصمام في اتجاه دوران عقارب الساعة ويلاحظ أن يكون الصمام إما مفتوحاً بالكامل أو مغلق بالكامل أي لا يتم خنقه لضمان حسن أداء الصمام .

- وعند تحميل الضاغط إذا كان ذلك يتم يدوياً لنبدأ في تحميل الأطراف الخارجية للخزنة بحيث يتم تحميل المرحليتن سوياً ولا يتم تحميل مرحلة واحدة ثم الأخرى وهذا خطأ كبير كما يتم التحميل للخزنة الواحدة بالتقابل وليس من جهة واحدة .

- تغيير خلوص مكبس داخل الخزنة يؤدي إلى زيادة أو نقص حجم الغاز الداخل إلى الاسطوانة خلال مشوار السحب .

- فكلما كبر الخلوص أمام المكبس وخلفه ( في حالة التأثير المزدوج ) تقل كمية الغاز وينخفض ضغطه لانخفاض طول المشوار الذي يقطعه المكبس .

- وعندما نريد أن نزيد كمية الغاز التي تدخل الضاغط نقلل الخلوص أمام المكبس وخلفه أي نطيل المشوار الخاص بالمكبس وهكذا تزداد الكمية مع ارتفاع نسبي للضغط .

كيفية أخذ الخلوص أمام وخلف المكبس

الأدوات المستخدمة هي :

 قضيب من الرصاص سمك 8 – 10 سم ، قدمة لقياس السمك.

الطريقة : 

يتم حل صمام من أمام المكبس وصمام من خلفه ورفعه من مكانه ويتم إدارة الحدافة بواسطة عتلة بحيث يوضع الرصاص من خلال فتحة الصمام حتى يتم تطبيع قضيب الرصا نتيجة لضغط المكبس عليه ونجري نفس العملية مع إدارة الحدافة حتى يعود المكبس إلى الخلف ويوضع قضيب آخر من الرصاص حتى يتم تطبيع المكبس عليه ويقاس مقدار الإنضغاط على قضيب الرصاص بواسطة القدمة أمام وخلف المكبس مع القيمة المذكورة بكتالوج الضاغط .

إذا لزم الأمر لتغيير قيمة الخلوص يتم ذلك عن طريق حل صامولة عمود المكبس مع الرأس المنزلقة CROSSHEAD ويتم تقديم المكبس أو تأخيره حسب الحاجة ثم يتم الرباط بعد ذلك ويقاس الخلوص ويتم تكرار العملية حتى نصل إلى الخلوص المطابق للقيمة المذكورة بكتالوج الضاغط . مع مراعاة أن يكون الخلوص أما المكبس أكبر من الخلوص خلف المكبس كي يسمح للتمدد أمام المكبس .

ملحقات الضاغط الترددي

الزيت :

تشتمل دائرة التزييت سواء لعمود الكرنك أو صندوق التروس أو لتزييت الاسطوانة على مضخة تدفع الزيت إلى فلتر الزيت كما يوجد كبرد للزيت بواسطة المياه وهذه الدائرة مهمة جداً ويجب مراعاة الآتي :-

1- التأكد من نظافة فلتر الزيت ويتم تنظيفه كلما استلزم الأمر ذلك .

2- مراقبة درجة حرارة الزيت الداخل إلى المبرد والخارج أيضاً لمعرفة إذا كان المبرد يقوم بوظيفته أم لا مع مراقبة ضغط مياه التبريد .

3- مراقبة منسوب الزيت داخل صندوق الكرنك وداخل صندوق التروس وفي الخزنة .

فلاتر الغاز والمياه :

يوجد فلتر على خط سحب الضاغط للتأكد من عدم دخول أي شوائب إلى داخل الضاغط يتم مراجعة نظافته كلما لزم الأمر ذلك .

كما يوجد فلتر على خط المياه لتنقية المياه من الرواسب التي تتسبب في انسداد مجاري التبريد ومواسير المبردات . ويتم مراجعة دورية لها كلما أمكن ذلك .

عادة توجد مجمعات SNUBBERS لإمتصاص الهزات على خط سحب وطرد الضاغط وذلك بإضافة حجم إضافي لخطي السحب والطرد بحيث لا يتم تقليل مفاجئ للضغط عند مشوار السحب . كما لا يتم زيادة مفاجئة في خط الطرد نتيجة مشوار الطرد مما يتسبب في حدوث اهتزازات لخطي السحب والطرد .

صمامات الأمان :

وهي تركب على كل مرحلة بحيث إذا حدثت زيادة في الضغط أكثر من المصمم عليها ضغط المرحلة يفتح صمام الأمان إلى خط الشعلة .

صمام عدم الرجوع وصمامات التحكم CHECKVALVES – STOP VALVES :

تفضل أن تكون صمامات التحكم على الضاغط من نوع صمامات الكرة لأنها أكثر مناسبة للتحكم في منع تسرب الغازات .

أما بالنسبة لصمام عدم الرجوع المركب على خط الطرد يفضل أن يكون PISTON CHECKVALVES لإنخفاض الضوضاء الناجمة عن هذا النوع كما أنه أكثر إحكاماً لتهريب الغاز .

 المبردات البينية INTER – STAGE COOLERS :

ويتم من خلالها تبريد الغاز الخارج من كل مرحلة قبل دخوله إلى المرحلة التي تليها . وهي عادة ما تكون مبردات مياه .

 صندوق الحشو PACKING BOX

- نهاية رأس الضاغط ( الخزنة ) COMP – HEAD يوجد صندوق للحشو لمنع تسرب الغاز من داخل الاسطوانة للمحافظة على ضغط الغاز الموجود داخل الاسطوانة ويتم تبريد صندوق الحشو إما بالماء أو بالزيت حسب تصميم صندوق الحشو وهو يتكون من مجموعة من القطع الدائرية الشكل حول كل قطعة سوستة ( ياي ) لتجميع كل قطعة ويصنع من معادن مختلفة طبقاً للإستخدام ( أنظر الشكل ) .

- كما يوجد مجموعة حشو أخرى لمنع تسريب الزيت خلف مجموعة الحشو الخاص بمنع تهريب الغاز لمنع تهريب الزيت من صندوق عمود المرفق .

- يلاحظ أنه يتم تصافي للزيت من صمام تصافي ( DRAIN ) كما يتم تصريف الغاز الذي يتم تهريبه من صندوق الحشو من خلال صمام تهوية ( VENT ) إلى الشعلة إذا كان غاز أو إلى الهواء الجوي إذا كان المنضغط هواء أو غاز خامل .

مكونات وأجزاء الضاغط الترددي 

1- رأس الضاغط ( الخزنة ) COMPRESSOR HEAD :

وهي رأس الضاغط وتحتوي على :-

أ‌- صمامات السحب SUCTION VALVES     

ب‌- صمامات الطردDISCHARGE VALVES  

ج-  تجويف متصل بصمامات السحب إلى خط السحب الرئيسي 

د-  تجويف متصل بصمامات تاطرد إلى خط الطرد الرئيسي

ه- قميص ( جاكيت ) تبريد حول الاسطوانة

وهي تحتوي على الجسم الخارجي لها على مجموعة صمامات سحب ( UNLOADER VALVE ) أو طردDISCHARGE VALVE ) ( .

أما داخل الخزنة فيوجد اسطوانة LINER يتحرك عليها مكبس ، والمكبس مركب عليه مجموعة شنابر يتم الاحتكاك بينها وبين الاسطوانة . كما توجد مجموعة كراسي تحميل على المكبس ( SHOES ) أو           (RIDER RINGS) وشنابر المكبس عادة ما تكون زهر أو تيفلون.

 كراسي التحميل فهي بالعادة إما سبيكة بيضاء أو تيفلون . وفي نهاية الخزنة يوجد صندوق للحشو وحلقات الحشو (PACKING RINGS) لمنع تسريب الغاز إلى الهواء الخارجي ونوع الحشو يتناسب مع نوعية الغاز كما يركب حلقات لمنع تسريب الزيت من صندوق علبة المرافق ويتم تثبيت المكبس على العمود بواسطة صامولة وتيلة.

2- الأسطوانة CYLINDER :

وهي أسطوانة داخل الخزنة يتحرك بداخلها مكبس PISTON ويتم بها شوطي السحب والطرد للغاز أو الهواء.

ويبرد جسم الاسطوانة بواسطة قميص التبريد المحيط بالسطوانة من الخارج ، كما توجد بالاسطوانة ثقوب تزييت يمر الزيت من خلالها لتقليل الاحتكاك بين سطحها وشنابر المكبس.

3- المكبس PISTON :

وهو عبارة عن جسم اسطواني به عدة مجاري تركب عليها سنابر وهو نوعان :

أ- مفرد التأثير ب- مزدوج التأثير

والشنابر على المكابس نوعان :

أ‌- شنابر ضغط :

وهي شنابر تقوم بغلق الخلوص بين المكبس PISTON والاسطوانة CYLINDER تماماً فلا تسمح بتهريب الغاز بينهما وبالتالي يتم ضغط الغاز أو الهواء على الوجه الأكمل وهي إما من الوهر أو من التيفلون.

ب‌- شنابر التحميل :

وهي شنابر تقوم بحمل المكبس أثناء الإيقاف وتتحمل الصدمات في الاسطوانة في بداية التشغيل لحماية المكبس من الكسر أو الشرخ ، وهي إما سبيكة أو تيفلون .

4- عمود المكبس PISTON ROD :

وهو عبارة عن عمود مثبت به المكبس بواسطة صامولة أو تيلة ومثبت من الطرف الآخر بالرأس المنزلقة.

يأخذ عمود المكبس حركته الترددية من الرأس المنزلقة بتحريك المكبس داخل الاسطوانة.

5- الرأس المنزلقة CROSSHEAD :

وهي عبارة عن جسم يتحرك بين دليلين علوي وسفلي مثبت من الطرف الأمامي لها عمود المكبس بواسطة      ( صامولة تجميع ASSEMBLY NUT وفلنشة FLANGE وجثمة ) وفي الطرف الآخر يتم تجميع ذراع التوصيل مع الرأس المنزلقة بواسطة بنز ( PINS ) .

CROSSHEAD GUIDE

وتقوم الرأس المنزلقة بنقل الحركة من ذراع التوصيل بعد تنقيتها لتصبح ترددية خطية تماماً إلى عمود المكبس.

6- ذراع التوصيل CONNECTION ROD :

وهو عبارة عن ذراع له نهايتين مجوفتين أحدهما مكونة من جزءان بداخلهما سبيكة يتم تجميعها بواسطة مسامير قلاووظ حول ركبة عمود المرفق والنهاية الأخرى يتم تجميعها بالرأس المنزلقة بواسطة بنز .

ويقوم ذراع التوصيل بنقل الحركة الترددية " غير منتظمة " من عمود المرفق إلى الرأس المنزلقة .

7- عمود المرفق CRANK SHAFT :

وهو عبارة عن عمود به محور أو محاور لا مركزية وتسمى الركب ... وتقابل الركب على أتقال اتزان للعمود أثناء دورانه .

ويحمل عمود المرفق على كراسي تحميل وغالباً ما تكون سبيكة مثبتة في جسم عمود المرفق .

ويتصل عمود المرفق من إحدى نهايته بالحدافة بواسطة وصلة نقل حركة ... ليأخذ حركته الدورانية منها .

ويقوم عمود المرفق عن طريق الركب المثبت عليها ذراع التوصيل بتحويل حركته الدورانية إلى ترددية لذراع التوصيل .

8- الحدافة WHEEL :
